Review: Great brands, great range but staff are not so impressive.Went into store today asking about a specific (pricey) product….no hello, no help, just casually directed (poorly) in the direction of the product in another room then both went back to their computers. No goodbye when I gave up and left either.Reminded me this happened last time I visited as well.I wanted to purchase today but I’ll just go somewhere else – ultimately the products are available elsewhere – if you’re paying (or want to pay) premium prices there are far better places to go in the city (and online).Disappointing.
