Review: I bought a rug and when its very bad it looks like second hand when i try to contact them the owners have very bad maners and rude. also same thing happen to my friend she bought sofa. so i don’t recomend to buy any thing from this shop.

Review: Bought a bed from this shop it came with no assembly instructions, when I contacted them they suggested I take a picture of the ahowroom model and assemble it from it, whe I asked about PDF or Web based instructions I was told they would text me the pictures of the instructions, they never did.Over all an awful experience avoid.

Review: Ordered two chairs from this company for £418. They arrived a week late, damaged and completely not what was ordered. Even the colours were wrong. The owner’s response was that I should shop in Harrods if I wanted quality furniture. They have refused to refund or exchange the items, are incredibly rude and tell lie after lie. Reported to my credit card company and trading standards and will be speaking to citizens advice when they open on Monday. Please avoid this company!

Review: a friend brought a light from this store and the lights have stopped working won’t even offer her an exchange just saying he needs to contact his supplierher issue isn’t with the supplier its with them as she brought from them we all feel she should get a exchange for the faulty item and then they take it up with the supplier but store are being very unhelpful wouldn’t recommendwe shall be going to trading standards
